Conor Commercial Real Estate, part of the McShane Group of Companies, sold 36 acres of land to Medline Industries Inc. for $6.8M on 10/13/2015. The property is currently zoned CP/GCP & there is a proposal for the development of a ±1.9M SF warehouse/distribution center in four buildings.
