| Site Plan per Development Review |
Tomorrow the City of Tempe Development Review Commission will hear a Development Plan for a new 16,000 square foot CVS. The half-acre site at the southeast corner of Rural and Apache is currently improved by a 6,536 square foot office built 1996 occupied by the Tempe Chamber of Commerce. Jason Morris of Withey Morris PLC is providing legal representation for the case.
