On January 5th, The City of Phoenix Planning Commission introduced a Planned Unit Development at a public meeting for a 120-unit, 4-story hotel with ground floor restaurant.

Speculative Land in Florence Purchased for $6.5M
On December 21st, Jokake purchased 174 acres of speculative land in Florence from Southwest Value Partners for $6,511,775.

Multi-Tenant Office in Mesa Purchased for $2.25M
On January 3rd, Ken Goldman purchased two multi-tenant buildings totaling 21,983 square feet from Danny Wasson for $2,250,000 with $1,421,000 in new funding with Wells Fargo.

Mobile Home Park in Apache Junction Purchased for $1.5M
On December 22nd, Steve Olson purchased a 37 space mobile home community on 3.36 acres of land in Apache Junction from Allain Cailer for $1,500,000 with $525,000 down and $975,000 seller-carry debt.
