On July 13th, 2016, an entity tracing to Penske Automotive purchased this property from Southwest Regional Carpenters for $4,662,226. The property is 15.41 acres of industrial land, zoned A-1.

Mesa Northeast Animal Hospital Purchases 2-Story Medical Office 

On July 11th, 2016, Mesa Northeast Animal Hospital purchased this property from Noe's Ark Animal Hospital for $755,000 and a $1,521,300 SBA loan originated through Capital Source. The property is 4,147 SF medical office in one two-story building, zoned O-S.
