Stephen S. Rados, Leslie Brown (Rados Properties), Melinko P. Doder, & Olivera R. Lynn purchased ±25 acres of industrial land zoned I-2 on 12/28/2015 from Duke Realty for $2M ($76,923 per acre). No debt was recorded with the sale.

An entity tracing to Rajan Watumull acquired the industrial flex property from entity tracing to Northwood Investors on 12/30/2015 for $43.1M with $13.1M down and $30M in new debt with Jefferies LoanCore. The property consists of one single-tenant building building built 2015 on 16.54 acres, zoned GID. The property currently represents phase 1 of 2, with an additional 91K SF and 100 parking spaces to be added in phase 2 at a later unspecified date (see attached planning document for more info).
