Featured Land Sale:

±858 Acres Land Sells for $10.5M in Coolidge 

On 11/12/2015, ±858 acres of agricultural land was purchased by Tyler E., David E. LeSueur & Nathan W. Andersen (LeSueur Investments - total 87.51% interest) and Jay D. Andersen (Andersen Capital Partners, total 12.49% interest) from Carol Wuertz Behrens, David Wuertz, et al. (owners, Arizona Drip Systems, Sundance Farms) for a total of $10,556,355 ($12,289 per acre). Concurrently, buyers signed agreement with Weurtz family to purchase an additional 881.22 acres directly to the north in a "phase-by-phase" basis, ending9/15/2017. This 881.22 acres will become Phase 2 of "Sandia" master planned community.

The property consists of 1 warehouse with distribution capability on 8.89 acres zoned CP/GCP; property includes 4.81 acres of adjacent industrial land.-- Not a valid industrial sale comparable due to the 4.81 acres of land included. Motorola is the owner of ground in 89 year lease originating 1999.
