±20 Acres Land Sells for $5M in Peoria

Kroger (Fry's Food & Drug) purchased this land on 12/22/2015 from Cypress Equities for $5M; sale price corresponds to $5.69 per SF (as land) or $40.65 per SF (proposed retail anchor). Area proposed for Phase II of "Lake Pleasant Crossing Shopping Center" which will include ±123K SF "Fry's" anchor with 743 parking spaces as well as a fuel service station. Purchase agreement provides option for Cypress to repurchase Fry's parcel.
