Fry's Food & Drug (Kroger) purchased ±13 acres of commercial land on 11/24/2015 from a partnership between Van Tuyl Group (Larry Van Tuyl) & De Rito Partners (Marty De Rito) for $2,922,875 ($5 per unimproved SF). Land is planned for a 123K SF Fry's grocery anchor. Sellers had purchased land that same day from City of Chandler.
