Neighborhood Shopping Center at 7th St & Union Hills Noticed on ±$12 Million

The 100,000-square foot Covington Plaza neighborhood shopping center was noticed for trustee sale Friday on a $11.88 million loan with Wells Fargo Bank. The note originated in 2005 with GMAC as the original lender. Current trustors of the loan are located in California and New York.

Covington Plaza was built 1988 on nine acres and includes tenants such as Bashas, Dairy Queen, Domino's, and Firestone. It is located near the southeast corner of 7th St and Union Hills in northern Phoenix.
