"The Yard" Phoenix location sold last Thursday for $6.85 million to Crow Holdings of Dallas, Texas. The adaptive reuse project was sold by WDP Partners, who also led the original property redevelopment after purchasing the 1954-built former motorcycle dealership for just $1.25 million in 2011. WDP purchased an additional third-acre with billboard for the project in 2013 for $600,000. Chad Tiedeman of Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented WDP in this transaction.
This 9,420 square foot building includes over 10,000 square feet of covered outdoor space. The property features 3 Sam Fox restaurant concepts: Culinary Dropout, Little Cleo's Seafood Legend and Barrio Urbano.
