Local investors Nextmetro Communities purchased fourteen and a half acres of vacant land last week at the northeast corner of Gilbert and Warner Roads in two sales totaling just under $4 million, or $6 per square foot. The land is planned for the 154-unit Avila Town Square multifamily development, which will consist of one, two, and three-bedroom floorplans. No debt was recorded with either sale.
