234 apartment units will replace the 66,000 square foot office
complex at 5125 N 16th Street, just north of the 16th
Street and Camelback intersection. The Arbor Court Apartments will consist of studio,
one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floorplans in two four-story buildings and will
include a pool and community center.
Previous Office Improvements
The Van Tuyl Group purchased the property
back in April of 2013 in a bank sale from US Bank for $3.75 million. The
apartments will replace the two 3-story buildings of offices which previously
improved the property, which were built in 1976 and sat on a total of 4.25
gross acres of land.
