The Cactus Forty-2 Apartments are located just a quarter mile from Paradise Valley Mall |
Olympus Property Management recently acquired a newly
developed apartment complex for $36 million or $180,000 per unit. Constructed
in 2014, the Cactus Forty-2 Apartments offers 200-units in two four-story
buildings with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floorplans. The complex is
just a quarter mile southwest of Paradise Valley Mall, and in walking distance
of the Target-anchored “Village Center” neighborhood shopping center. The sale
was financed
by a $25.5 million Freddie Mac loan. David Fogler and Steven
Nicoluzakis of DTZ brokered the sale.
