corner of Bethany Home and 16th Street sold for $91,428 per unit on Monday. The
Bethany Gardens Apartments is situated in midtown Phoenix just northeast of the
arts corridor with a density of 15.09 units per acre. Local investor Stephen J
Weiss is the new owner of this complex. The purchase was funded with a 3.2
million dollar construction line of credit with the Bob Parsons-owned lending group
Yam Capital. Both sides of the transaction were brokered by the team of Brian
Smuckler, Jeff Seaman, and Derek Smigiel of CB Richard Ellis.
