Vizzda -- March 13th, 2013 -- Daryl Burton of Reliance Management has purchased the Scottsdale Executive Plaza from Stephen Muller of The Muller Company for $6.25M or 39.41 per square foot. The 158,600 square foot office complex (per seller; 158,262 per broker) is located at 6300 E Thomas Rd, or the northwest corner of 64th Street and Thomas Road in Scottsdale. The project is made up of fourteen 3-story buildings, each of which is +/-11,000 square feet. Four of the buildings were built in 1982, and the remaining ten were built in 1986.
The site was previously acquired on May 26th, 2005 for $12.55M or $79.13 per square foot, with $200K down and $11M debt with Wells Fargo Bank.
