Vizzda – March 26th, 2013 – Timothy J Ballard of
Buchannan Street Partners has sold The Kyrene Commerce Center sold to Ryan
Tidemann of Tidemann Properties for $6.5M with $200K down and $3m new debt with
Aviva Life and Annuity Company, maturing in April of 2020.
The 159,821 sf complex is located at 5861 S Kyrene Rd, Tempe or North of the Northeastern Corner of Kyrene and Guadalupe Roads. It consists of 3 buildings, the largest
being 93,842 sf distribution warehouse featuring 30 dock doors (8 facing the
adjacent freight rail line), 24’-26’ clearance height, and 277/480V power. The
two remaining buildings consist of 32,864 sf and 33,115 sf. Both buildings have
12 grade doors and 16’ clearance height. All structures were built 1985 on
10.72 acres zoned GID.
