December 2012 Market Overview
The overview contains a brief executive summary, a digest of every
commercial property sale in Maricopa County and maps that detail the
largest of these transactions. It was compiled using Vizzda’s
state-of-the-art research platform and demonstrates the timeliness and
comprehensiveness of Vizzda's information.
December is typically the most active month for transactions and this
year was no exception. For that reason we decided that the first of
these reports should focus on the year-end sales in a comprehensive
